I Found a Studio to Teach Yoga! The Gathering Place!

Hi friends! I have some exciting news, and I hope you are just as excited as I am about this new opportunity! I found the most adorable studio in Las Vegas, perfect for rejuvenating & mindful yoga sessions! It's called The Gathering Place, and I see it will be one of my favorite places to teach. I snapped a few pictures for you because the space is so artistically pleasing and high vibe! It's perfect for photographers, too! I might have to break out my DSLR for old time sake.

In the flyer below are the times I'm teaching in September! Save the dates! I pay for the space, so I charge $20 per person. I promise you will get your money's worth for the dreamy experience! Just in case you don't scroll to the flyer, the dates for September are on Fridays, 9/15 @ 9:30 a.m. & 9/29 @ 9:30 a.m. Add these 2 dates to the calendar and come if you can! Next month I should have classes on the weekends! Stay tuned!

Can you do me a favor and tell some family and friends who might want to attend this, please? It's located on Ann Road & Fort Apache in a very clean and quiet area of town. If you can come, bring family and friends!

The yoga classes will blend pranayama(conscious breathing exercises) and a modern vinyasa flow, with plenty of opportunities to step outside your comfort zone and move your attention inward to grow in your self-discovery journey. We will finish our classes with a guided meditation and/or a juicy svasana. All classes are themed to provoke contemplation of ways to help you move closer to who you truly want to be. After all, we are all trying to love ourselves more, care for ourselves through self-care practices, and find peace in this crazy world.

It all can start on your yoga mat!

The class is great for all levels, and I encourage beginners to come! I can offer modifications for those who want/need them.

Bring blocks, a bolster, a blanket, or other props if you want, but they aren't required!
