Will You Join our 30-Day Health & Wellness Challenge for the New Year? It begins on Monday 1/1/24!

If you know me, this 30-day challenge has been a labor of love, and I've struggled to get the word out and do as most business people do: advertise. Like most parents, I don't have much time to dedicate to this area of my life, but if the students show up, I'm in! Can I count on you to join me for this challenge?

I figured, if this challenge were successful, January would be the month! January is a month to look at the past year, make changes that didn't work, and build new habits of what we want the next month to look like. Sounds easy, right? Building new habits takes commitment, journaling, and a lot of manifestations! Habits won't settle in the brain space for about 21 days.

This challenge is here to support you in all the right ways. You will get daily inspiration with daily new topics & journal prompts. You will have opportunities to practice yoga & meditation via Zoom & live. You will receive nutritional recipes, one-on-one coaching to support your goals, and community support with others in the group. We are in this together, and I'll be there every step of the way!
