Day 1: New Year, New Attitude of Gratitude!

Welcome to 2023! A new year is a perfect time to begin new health & wellness habits. Although January 1st is just a day on a calendar, Americans have used this day to set new goals & routines. There is no better time to manifest, & step into your ultimate power. This is your year to shine!

Today's theme is about cultivating gratitude, no matter what comes your way. Not just today or on Thanksgiving, but every single day. There is so much to be grateful for. Simply being able to wake up on this beautiful planet to experience life's joys & everything else that comes along is something to be grateful for. Did you know that if we wake up grateful, we are already on the path to ultimate abundance in health & wellness?

Imagine waking up angry, stressed & overwhelmed each morning. What message do you think that's sending to our bodies? Those low vibrational feelings have a negative impact on our physical health. Negative energy associated with a bad attitude manifests in our physical bodies.

When we begin our day by being thankful & carry this attitude of gratitude with us all throughout the day, it too shows up in our bodies positively & more abundantly!

Let's start this year in 2023 off right and thank everything that comes your way. I'm talking about the good, bad & ugly. Thank it all for being there for you to learn and grow. Every experience, everyone, and everything is an opportunity to become a more abundant, happier version of yourself. It starts now in gratitude.

There are many ways to show gratitude to god, the universe, source energy, or whoever it is you pray to. It's all the same universal consciousness.

My favorite ways to show gratitude are:

1) Gratitude Journal - Write 3 things you are grateful for daily.

2) Make it a daily habit to visualize what's good in your life.

3) Take a gratitude walk. It's much like a walking meditation.

4) Give someone a compliment without expecting one in return.

5) First thing before getting out of bed, say all that you are grateful for. And repeat right before you fall asleep.

5) Thank god for each meal you prepare & eat.

Overall, people who express gratitude every single day are happier people.

Today I am grateful for my family, my health, my dogs, my friends, my focus on improving my overall wellness, tennis, my beautiful home, and all the travel opportunities I have.
